About the designer & goldsmith
Anneleen De Vree grew up as the third generation in a family of artists and artisans.
From an early age, she was surrounded by creativity and spent much of her childhood in studios, where she learned various techniques—from drawing and etching to soldering and gem cutting.
In 2016, she graduated with honors in Jewelry Design & Goldsmithing from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. She then earned a second degree in Graphic & Digital Design in 2020.
Over the years, Anneleen has become passionate about designing in a more sustainable way, using ethical materials and techniques. She believes that designers play a crucial role in promoting sustainability, which inspired her to create her eponymous label, “De Vree.”
De Vree is the perfect blend of all her passions: contemporary design, authentic craftsmanship, and sustainability.

Our Vision
We believe in the power of slow design, authentic craftsmanship, and sustainable materials to create responsible jewelry with deep personal meaning.
We, too, embrace the art of slowing down, taking the time to create each piece in our own studio and deliberately producing only a limited number of jewelry items each month.
We use sustainable materials, ranging from recycled silver and gold to locally sourced gemstones and lab-grown diamonds. We apply this same conscious approach throughout our entire operation, from production to packaging, with respect for both people and materials.
To us, jewelryis more than just an accessory; it’s a personal symbol that brings memories, values, and connections to life and stays with you throughout your life.
