Pickup or carbon-neutral shipping

You always have the option to pick up your order in Antwerp (2000) or use our 100% carbon-neutral shipping method.

For every package shipped, Bpost invests in a clean water project in Rwanda, eliminating the need to boil water and reducing CO2 emissions.

You will always receive a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped, so you can closely follow the journey of your jewelry.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Belgium: €6.70 (free for orders over €100)

  • The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg: €10

  • Please contact us for all other countries

Return

We strongly encourage thoughtful purchasing.

Our engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom pieces are made to order and therefore cannot be returned.

Jewellery from our contemporary collections may be returned within 7 days of arrival. The jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition. It must be returned in its original packaging at the buyer’s expense. We do not refund shipping costs, only the price of the purchased item. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
