About the designer & goldsmith
Anneleen De Vree is the third generation in a family of artists and artisans. She has always been surrounded by a creative and cultural atmosphere.
She spent most of her childhood in her father’s and grandfather’s studios, where she learned various techniques, from drawing to etching, soldering, and gem cutting.
In 2016, she graduated with honors in Jewelry Design & Goldsmithing from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. She then earned a second degree in Graphic & Digital Design in 2020.
Over the years, Anneleen has become passionate about designing in a more sustainable way, using ethical materials and techniques.
She believes that designers play a crucial role in promoting sustainability, which inspired her to create her eponymous label, “De Vree.”
De Vree is the perfect blend of all these passions: contemporary design, authentic craftsmanship, and sustainability.

Our Vision
At De Vree, we believe in a world where slow design, authentic craftsmanship, and sustainable materials come together to create responsible jewelry with deep personal meaning. Fully custom-made.
We strongly believe in taking our time to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and sustainability. That’s why we take the time to craft each design by hand in our studio in Antwerp, and we deliberately create only a limited number of pieces of jewelry each month.
We use sustainable materials, ranging from recycled silver and gold to locally sourced gemstones and lab-grown diamonds. We apply this approach throughout our entire production process and packaging, striving to use responsible techniques and materials that align with our standards and values.
We believe that jewelry is more than just an accessory; it is a personal “token” that reflects our values, memories, and connections throughout our lives. That is why every design can be personalized and is always custom-made.
